How do I set up email forwarding?

Email forwarding refers to the re-sending of an email message delivered to one email address on to a possibly different email address. There are two types:

Individual Email Forwarding

Forward emails from a specific mailbox to another email address:

1. Log into My Multidata and go to Manage Hosting
2. Select Options > Manage
3. Select Email Accounts
4. Find the mailbox and select Options > Forwarders
5. Add the destination email address

Catch-All Forwarding

A Catch-All forwarder receives all emails sent to your domain that don’t match any specific mailbox:

1. In the same Email Accounts section, look for the Catch-All option
2. Set the destination email address

Note: Emails classified as spam may not be forwarded, to protect server reputation.
