Engineering Network Resilience: The Multidata Standard

We have been using Multidata services and products for a number of years now. I have been very happy with the level of service and support provided. I also have no complaints with the performance of their products and services.

The guys at Multidata certainly know what the word Service means in the term “Internet Service Provider”.  Working with them is a breath of fresh air. If I need to order a broadband circuit or phone service I just send a simple email to my dedicated account manager and then I relax as I know my request is in good hands.  When we do very occasionally have a technical problem I get to speak to real people and get a resolution quickly and without fuss.  I wish I had discovered Multidata sooner.
