How do I create a mailbox?

To create a new email mailbox:

1. Log into My Multidata
2. Select Manage Hosting
3. Select Manage for the package you wish to add the mailbox to
4. Select Email Accounts
5. Enter the prefix of the mailbox you wish to create (e.g. info for info@yourdomain.com)
6. Select Create Email Account

A password will automatically be generated for you, but you can change this. You will have immediate access to webmail by selecting Options > Webmail.

Note: It may take up to 30 minutes for the mailbox to start receiving mail.
